Test for Bacterial Endotoxins of Metronidazole and Glucose Injection by TAL

用鲎试剂对甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液进行细菌内毒素检测研究．甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液对细菌内毒素检查无干扰，并与兔法热原检查法进行对照，细菌内毒素检查法的灵敏度高于热原检查法．实验结果表明，鲎试剂法可用以检测供试品的细菌内毒素，以替代热原检查法．

In this paper,a lysate of amebocytes from the horse shoe crab,Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate(TAL)is applied for the test of bacterial endotoxins in metronidazole and glucose injection.The result shows that the original sample has no interference with gel formation.Comparing with this,an experiment of pyrogen test[ChP.1995(Ⅱ)Appendix Ⅺ D]of the same sample has been done simultaneously.The results show that the sensitivity of TAL test is higher than that of pyrogen test.We suggest that TAL test may be used for bacterial endotoxin test of metronidazole and glucose injection.
