中成药和生物试样中痕量砷和汞的流动注射—氢化物发生—等离子体光谱(FI-HG-ICP-AES)在线测定研究 被引量:19

摘要 提出了流动注射(FI)—氢化物发生(HG)与多道等离子体光谱仪联用的新体系,并将该体系应用于同时在线检测药物和生物试样中的痕量砷和汞.对联用技术中的接口、气/液分离器及主要工作参数进行了系统的研究.实验结果表明,在进样体积为80μL的条件下,本法的检出限可达亚μg/L,RSD(对砷和汞)分别为1.4%和1.3%(C=50μg/L,n=7),采样频率为150h-1.本法具有灵敏、快速、高效和所需试样少的优点. The new system of flow injection/hydride generation/inductively coupled with multi-channel plasma spectrometry instrument was applied to the simultaneous on-line determination of trace arsenic and mercury in medicine and biological samples.The interface between FI-HG and ICP-AES,gas/liquid separator and main experimental parameters were studied systematically.The results showed that the detection limits of this method were at sub-ppb level,the RSD for As and Hg are 1 4% and 1 3%(C=50μg/L,n=7),respectively,and the sampling frequency is 150h -1 with 80μL sample volume.This method has the advantages of sensitivity,precision and high-performance.
