China＇s Ministry of Finance （MOF） on February 18 published several tariff policies, to raise the export tariff for some fertilizers including phosphorus containing compound fertilizer; to first collect and then reimburse the import tariff and import link value added tax imposed on some key spares and fittings which are imported by Chinese enterprises for the purpose of developing and manufacturing large horsepower agricultural equipment; and to exempt some products that enter special areas supervised by Customs from export tariff.
