摘要 介绍了某企业制革废水回用及资源化工艺设计方案。利用分水系统实现清污分流,低浓度废水处理后回用于生产,对含铬废水和氨氮废水进行资源化利用。低浓度废水经MF+UF+RO系统处理后,回用率为47.6%;含铬废水处理后,总铬去除率达99.80%;氨氮废水处理后,氨氮去除率达99.10%。出水水质达到相关标准要求,实现了废水回用的目的。 The project of tannery wastewater recycling and resourcification in a tannery was introduced. The water - separating system was built to make different kinds of wastewater go into respective processing system. The low - concentration wastewater was reused with the recycling rate of 47.6% by the treatment of microfihration (MF) + ultra_filtration (UF) + reverse osmosis (RO) system. The chromium - containing water and high concentration NH4 ^+ - N wastewater was resourcificated with removal ef- ficiency of total chromium and NH4^+ - N was 99. 80% and 99.10% , respectively. The quality of effluent water could satisfy the relative standard and thus the reuse of tannery wastewater is achieved.
