T细胞表面抑制性受体与HIV-1感染 被引量:2

摘要 在抗病毒免疫中,有效而强大的T细胞免疫应答是清除病毒的关键,病毒感染的持续和慢性化常常是由于效应和记忆性T细胞的功能缺陷所致。而多数情况下,T细胞活化需要至少双信号刺激,有效的第二刺激信号,即非抗原特异性的共刺激信号,是决定受抗原刺激的T细胞进入增殖、分化过程成为效应细胞,还是进入无应答状态或凋亡状态的关键。介导第二刺激信号的是表达在T细胞表面的各种受体。根据其所传导的信号不同,可将这些受体分为两类:一类是介导激活信号的受体,
