摘要
采用比色法，以芦丁为对照品，测定维儿康口服液中总黄酮的含量。加样回收率为９８．０７％，变异系数为１．９４％。
Using rutin as cornparing reagent,a method on determination of total flavonoids content in weierkang mistura with spectrophotometry was rekported in this paper,As a result,This method was convenient,quick and accurate,The aver-age recovery rat was 98．07％,and variant coefficient was l．94％.
