摘要
采用非自耗真空电弧炉熔炼新锆合金,并对成分设计、熔炼、铸态锆合金组织与硬度等进行了研究。结果表明:该工艺能够准确得到预期的化学成分,且Nb均匀分布在锆合金内;随着铌含量的增加,铸锭的硬度增大,组织变得细小,铌具有细化组织的作用。
The composition design, melting, solidification microstructure and hardness of zirconioum-based alloys ingots obtained by non-consumable vacuum arc furnace was investigated. The results show that the expected chemical composition is obtained, and niobium is uniformly distributed in ingots. With the increase of niobium contain, the hardness of zirconioum-based alloys increases and the microstructures of the zirconioum-based alloys ingots become fine.
