电阻点焊的多参数检测系统设计

摘要 介绍了一种以MSP430F135单片机为核心控制器件,能对焊接电流、电极电压、焊接周波等多参数进行实时测量的检测系统。并对检测信号的获取方法,非正弦周期信号有效值的逐点积分法以及检测系统的硬件、软件设计方法和原理等进行了详细讨论。 A spot welding multi-parameter detection system based on MSP430F135 single chip computer is introduced, which can be used for real-time detecting the efficient value of welding current and voltage between electrodes and welding cycle number. The measuring means of detection signal and the effective value of non-sinusoidal period signal by point-by-point integral algorithm are discussed in detail. Meanwhile, the means and principle about software and hardware of the detection system are discussed detailedly.
