摘要
针对超超临界(USC)机组主蒸汽管道用大径厚壁新型铁素体P92钢,自行配置P92钢焊条进行堆焊取得P92钢的熔敷金属。通过不同的回火温度及时间对熔敷金属组织及性能影响的系列试验,综合分析了回火温度及时间对P92钢熔敷金属微观组织及性能的影响。结果表明:不同的回火温度下会得到不同的组织,随着回火温度的增加及回火时间的延长钢的强度和硬度都会下降。
Against new type of ferrite P92 steel used for USC unit with large-diameter thick-walled main steam pipeline, P92 steel cladding metal was obtained by surfacing using self-made P92 steel etectrode. The chemical composition, strengthening mechanism, microstructure, comprehensive properties and characteristics in application were analyzed. The effects of tempering temperature and time on the structure and properties of weld metals was studied. The results show that under different tempering temperature the weld metals can obtain different microstructure, and the strength and hardness will drop with the increase of tempering temperature and the leagthening of tempering time.
