摘要
综合分析了碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料(SiCp/Al复合材料)电弧焊焊接性。阐述与评价了国内外SiCp/Al复合材料电弧焊研究现状,分别讨论了钨极氩弧焊、熔化极惰性气体保护焊、等离子弧焊在连接该复合材料时存在的主要问题、解决措施、最新工艺要点。结合作者实验结果对SiCp/Al复合材料钨极氩弧焊进行重点分析,并展望了其电弧焊的发展方向。
The weldability of SiC particle reinforced aluminum metal matrix composites (SiCp/Al-MMC) is analyzed in arc welding. The latest progresses of SiCp/Al-MMC at China and abroad are reviewed on specific materials problems and trends in developments related to TIG welding, MIG welding and plasma arc welding. Based on the author's experimental results, much more attention is paid to TIG bonding, future prospect of this area is also presented.
