摘要
本文通过较精确地求解能量本征方程获得三维量子环的电子能态.数值结果表明:当量子环外半径和环高给定时,量子环能级能量会随环内径的增大而增大;当环内径和环高(或环外径)给定时,能量会随环外径(或环高)的减小而增大.当环外径增大到一定程度时,能量对外环的依赖关系不再明显.
Electronic states of three- dimensional quantum ring are studied by solving precisely the time- independent Schroedinger equation. The numerical results indicate that if the outer radius and the height of quantum ring are given, the energy levels of the electron increase as the inner radius increases;if the inner radius and the height (or the outer radius) of quantum ring are given, the energy levels of the electron increase as the outer radius (or the height) decreases, and when the outer radius of quantum ring increases to a certain degree, the energy levels of the electron are not sensitively dependent on the outer radius.
