摘要
目的:将酸性氧化电位水及超声波并用预备阻塞根管,对其疗效进行临床评价。方法:将酸性氧化电位水作为冲洗液和超声波联合应用作为实验组,乙二胺四乙酸作为对照组,对125个患牙的165个因干髓术或根管塑化术治疗失败等各种原因所致的狭窄、堵塞根管进行根管预备,并对其治疗效果进行临床分析。结果:实验组的83个阻塞根管中扩通成功76个,成功率为91.57%,与对照组的92.5%的成功率无显著差异。结论:酸性氧化电位水与超声波并用预备阻塞根管,成功率高,是一种安全、高效、实用的方法。
Objective: To clinically evaluate the effects of Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water (EOW) and Utrasonics on the obstructed root canal preparation. Method: pulp mummification, risinifying therapy in experimental group while EDTA and Utrasonics were used in control group. Result: 83 obstructed root canals were successfully reopened with a successful rate of 91.57% in experimental group and the .successful rate is 92.5%in control group. There are no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: EOW as a root canal irrigant combination with Utrasonics was a safe, effective and practical method with high successful rate to treat the obstructed root canals.
