摘要
过去信号放大电路一般都由晶体管或场效应管放大电路所构成,其输出功率有限,精度不高,这样高质量的信号源对于放大电路提出了更多、更高的要求.而随着逆变技术的诞生和发展,又有了另外一些方法实现小信号的放大,并且克服了以半导体作为核心元件的放大电路的一系列缺点,可以实现输出的高功率密度、高效率、高稳定性,本文以此为基础根据SPWM原理,由直接面积等效法,计算出对应脉冲的起始点和终点,然后编程实现标准正弦波输出,仿真结果表明调制出的正弦波放大信号具有良好的特性.
The Signal amplification circuit was composed of transistor or field effect transistor in the days before. Its output power was limited and accuracy rate was low, but high - quality signal requires more in amplification circuit. With the development of contravariant technology, other methods have come into being and have overcome the series of shortcomings of amplification circuit. It can realize the high power density, high efficiency, and good stability. Based on the thoery of SPWM, this paper is to calculate corresponding pulse initiation point and destination with direct area equivalent method. The simulated result indicates that the amplification sine wave signal is mingled out with fine characteristic property.
