The Mongolian medicine possesses the distinct apprehension on the etiological factors, pathogenesis, clinical symptoms and treatment on cerebral infarction. The author reviews the apprehension, treatment based on syndrome differentiaion, integrated therapy of Mongolian and Western medicine and experimental study on cerebral infarction, which can provide assistance for the clinical treatment and a better understanding of this disease.
