摘要
通过对浙江省内医院的问卷调查和实地调研,从定量的角度研究国有医院与民营医院在创新战略、创新资源和创新绩效三个构架下各个构面的服务创新关键因素。研究结果表明,医院在开展服务创新过程中,应根据自身的特点,认清关键因素,以提高创新绩效,增强核心竞争力。
A. quantitative research by questionnaire in Zhejiang public hospital and private hospital on innovation was done. Influences factors of innovation were analyzed in views of innovation strategy, innovation resource and innovation performance. Innovation considered to be based on hospital characters and be recognized key factors. Innovation could improve hospital performance and promote core competition.
