摘要
介绍新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院树立"以人为本"的服务理念,用科学发展观指导各项工作,在人员管理、文化建设、质量管理、经济核算、服务创新、节能降耗等方面的改革经验,实现大后勤体系统一协调管理。通过改革工作流程,创新管理机制,塑造一支守纪律、有技术、能吃苦、肯奉献的大后勤保障队伍,有力地保障了医疗、教学、科研的发展。
The article introduced the experience of human reousce management, hospital culture building, hospital quality management, finance accounting, service innovation and reduce energy guided by scientific development view in People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. By view of human centered service, hospital logistics system was harmoniously integrated. Hospital logisitics system strongly assured hospital medical service, medical education and research development by redesigning service process and innovating management mechanism.
