神经外科进修医生亚专业培养教学模式探讨

Discussion on subspecialty training for refresher neurosurgeons

随着神经外科学科的发展,各种亚专业在国内外已经逐渐出现,如血管神经外科、颅底外科、脊柱外科等。在对进修医生教学中采用亚专业培养模式,正是适应这一发展趋势而出现的。我们对不同亚专业进修医生的接收条件、培训计划及培训目的进行了讨论,同时提出了从知识的广度及深度进行培训的方式。

Many subspecialties of neurosurgery have emerged in China and abroad with the development of neurosurgical science, such as vascular neurosurgery, skull base surgery, spine surgery, etc. In order to meet this situation, training of subspecialty for refresher neurosurgeons is mandatory. In this article, we discuss the entry background of the refresher neurosurgeon, training program and training purpose in different subspecialties of neurosurgery, in the same time, we suggest that the training course should include not only the subspecialty, but general knowledge of neurosurgery.
