摘要
目的:探讨军队医院急诊新护士培训方法。方法:采取分层培养、导师带教、规范培训模式,着重加强新护士应急能力培养和急救技能培训。结果:新护士的急诊思维、应急能力和技术水平等得到了整体提高,促进了新护士的角色转变。
Objectives: To explore new emergency nurse training methods. Methods: stratified training, adviser teaching and standard training mode were practiced. The contents focused on emergency capacity training. Results: New nurse emergency sense and skill was holistically improved and new nurse role was transferred.
