目的:探讨军队医院急诊新护士培训方法。方法:采取分层培养、导师带教、规范培训模式,着重加强新护士应急能力培养和急救技能培训。结果:新护士的急诊思维、应急能力和技术水平等得到了整体提高,促进了新护士的角色转变。

Objectives： To explore new emergency nurse training methods. Methods： stratified training, adviser teaching and standard training mode were practiced. The contents focused on emergency capacity training. Results： New nurse emergency sense and skill was holistically improved and new nurse role was transferred.
