摘要
临床护理视频监护系统是以医院计算机网络为物理传输基础,以H.26视频编码标准为视频压缩协议,以嵌入式系统为核心的护理视频监护前端机,病区护理站、医院护理监控中心的三次架构,以规范医疗行为和保障医疗安全为基石而进行开发的,适用于医院临床护理系统。
Clinical nursing monitoring system was based on hospital information system. H.26 video coding system was structured by nursing video front end machine, ward nursing station and hospital nursing monitoring center. The goal of this system was to guide medical action and security medical safety. It was fit for clinical nursing.
