摘要
本文介绍国产无毒棉(或无腺棉)纤维的物理机械性能和单唛试纺纱线的品质指标,分析无毒棉的可纺性。从对三种不同品种的无毒棉纤维测试结果表明,不同品种纤维品质略有差异。目前无毒棉纤维存在的主要不足是短绒率高(12~15%),致使纱线棉结、粗节和细节较多。
In this paper, the mechanical properties of China glandless cotton fibres and tenacity of the l(?)as in which the yarns are respectively spun by mark are introduced. The spinnability of the fibres is also analysed. According to the testing results for the three kinds of glandless cotton fibre. It is found that there is a little diffetence among three fibres in characteristics. At presentt, which results in more neps, thick and thin faults in the yarn. But the breaking elongation and strength of the single yarn and the lca teanity are not too low to meet the requirment of the spinning.
