摘要
采用Intersema公司基于MEMS的数字压力传感器MS5534B,利用海拔高度与气压和温度的关系,设计并制作了一个微型气压高度计。利用MSP430F449的I/O口模拟同步串行外设接口(SPI),实现了MSP430F449从数字压力测量模块MS5534B读取温度和气压数据的功能,经过相关的计算处理得到实际高度值,在液晶显示屏上实时显示温度和高度,并通过RS232通信接口把数据发回至上位机。设计的气压高度计样机具有质量小、功耗低、精度高等优点,经过实验测定,在标准大气压环境中其相对高度测量的平均标准偏差为0.2m,线性度为0.9999。
According to the relationship among pressure, temperature and altitude, an altimeter system with MS5534B based on MEMS was designed. MS5534B is a digital pressure sensor produced by Intersema. The function of SPI was simulated using the I/O in MSP430F449, whichcan make have been MSP430F449 to receive data from MS5534B.
