肝安汤治疗高脂血症性脂肪性肝炎的临床研究

Therapeutic effect of Ganan decoction on hyperlipidemic fatty hepatitis

目的评价肝安汤对高脂血症性脂肪性肝炎的疗效。方法114例符合高脂血症性脂肪性肝炎诊断标准的患者随机分为2组,治疗组用肝安汤治疗,对照组用益肝灵、脂必妥治疗,疗程均3个月。在治疗前和治疗后分别检测体质量指数(BMI)、腰围/臀围比(WHR)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂、肝功能和肝脏超声积分。结果治疗组总有效率(79.0%)高于对照组(61.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的BMI、FBG、IRI、血脂、肝功能和超声积分均有不同程度的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肝安汤对高脂血症性脂肪性肝炎有良好疗效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ganan decoction in hyperlipidemic fatty hepatitis. Method 114 patients with hyperlipidemic fatty hepatitis were divided into two groups, treatment group with Ganan decoction, control group treated with Yiganling and Zhibituo. Both groups lasted 3 months. The patient＇s blood samples were collected for detection of body mass index （BMI）, waist to hip ratio（WHR）, fasting blood sugar （FBG）, fasting blood insulin（FINS）, blood hpids and liver function at the time of start and end of the treatment. Result After 3 months treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group （79.0 % ） was higher than that in control group （61.4 % ） （ P 〈 0. 05）. The indexes of BMI, FBG, WHR, insulin resistance index（IRI）, blood lipids, liver function and the score of type B ultrasound in liver were all improved in both groups（ P 〈 0.05） .And the therapeutic effect was much better in group with Ganan decoction than control group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It demonstrated that the Gangan decoction has good therapeutic effect for hyperlipidemic fatty hepatitis as shown by the improvement in BMI, WHR, IRI and liver function.
