与张力蛋白同源10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶基因(PTEN)是迄今为止发现的第一个具有双重特异磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因。该基因在细胞的生长、分化、凋亡和迁移中具有重要的生物学功能。PTEN基因的失活与恶性黑色素瘤的发生、发展、浸润转移和预后密切相关。
Phosphatase and tensin homology deleted on chromosome 10 is so far the first discovery of a dual specificity phosphatase activity of the tumor suppressor gene. The gene in cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis and migration has important biological functions. The PTEN gene inactivation and the incidence of malignant melanoma, development, and invasion and metastasis and prognosis are closely related.
