摘要
胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)是一类特殊的,通常CD117免疫表型阳性的胃肠道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,组织学上由梭形细胞、上皮样细胞、偶或多形性细胞排列成束状或弥漫状图像。目前认为其起源于比Caja1细胞更原始或向Caja1细胞分化的间叶干细胞。在基因水平GIST可分为3大类:C-k it基因突变型、PDGFRA基因突变型和野生型GIST。
Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumors of gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Its immunophenotype is usually CD 117-positive, and GIST consists of spindle cells, epithelioid cells, or dual-cells arranging in bundle or diffuse image histologically. At present, it is thought to derive from interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) or it's more primitive than Cajal cells to the mesenchymal stem cells. GIST can be divided into three broad categories: C-kit gene mutations, PDGFRA gene mutations and wild-type in gene level.
