等离子体与表面相互作用的重要性是人们公认的。我们试图在HL-1装置上原位测量表面状态,本文叙述了为HL-1研制的表面分析站及测得的一些结果。为装置提供了实验数据。
The design of a surface analysis station for the HL-1 tokamak is presented,as well as the system adjustments and analysis results.The AES analysis using this station of samples GH39 and Si before and after plasma irradiation in the HL-1 tokamak shows that,in FIL-],the impurities which affect the plasma parameters most are O,C,Mo,Cr,and Ni,especially the C and O.
