摘要
在探索新型创新教育体系、实施创新教育的过程中,存在着许多制约因素。本文揭示和论述了制约当前高等医学院校实施创新教育的6个主要因素:教育理念问题没有真正解决、教师总体教学水平不高、科技创新与本科教育脱节、大学基础阶段创新教育被忽略、人才培养模式目标单一、创新教育游离于素质教育等问题,指出了改进和推动创新教育的关键环节。
In the process of exploring a new type of creative education system, many restricting factors exist. The paper reveals six major restricting factors in the implementation of innovative education in medical colleges and universities : the problem of educational philosophy is not solved, the teaching level of teachers is not high, scientific and technological innovation is out of line with the undergraduate education; creative training for junior students is insufficient; the curriculum and training model is sample and creative education is separated from quality-oriented education. Also, it points out the key points in the promotion of creative education.
