借鉴医学教育国际标准 构建医学影像学人才培养模式 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨综合性大学医学影像学人才培养模式。方法借鉴医学教育国际标准,实施学习、实践、探索相结合的“3+3+3”三结合的研究型教学模式。具体包括素质培养的三个三结合:①医学与理工、人文相结合;②专业教学与职业道德、医德医风教育相结合;③课堂教学与自主研学、终身教育相结合。教学模式的三个三结合:①影像与临床、病理相结合;②X线与CT、MRI相结合;③放射诊断学与超声诊断学、核医学相结合。能力培养的三个三结合:①专业理论与读片、实践相结合;②阅片能力的培养与比较影像学、循证影像学相结合;③三基知识与前沿知识、创新思维相结合。结果与结论通过改革人才培养方案,形成了以学生为主体、以教师为主导的教学理念,构建了医学影像学人才培养模式,提高了医学影像学专业的教学质量。 Objective To probe cultivation model of high-qualified personnel in medical image of comprehensive university. Methods International standard of medical education was modeled and the combination research teaching model of study, practice, exploration together with three-in-one combination was enforced. Namely, quality training of three three-in-one :①The combination of medical science, technical and humanities unify. ②The combination of professional teaching, professional ethics and medical ethics education. ③The combination of class teaching, independence study and lifelong education. Teaching model of three three-in-one : ①The combination of medical imaging, clinic and pathology. ②The combination of X-ray, CT and MRI. ③The combination of radiology, ultrasound and nuclear medicine. Capability of three three-in-one: ①The combination of professional theory, film reading and practice. ②The combination of capability cultivation of film reading, comparative imaging, evidence-based imaging. ③The combination of three basic knowledge, frontier knowledge and creative talent. Results and Conclusion By reforming of personnel training programs, a student-centered, teacher-led teaching philosophy is created, a medical imaging high-quality personnel training model is built, medical imaging professional teaching quality is improved.
