检体诊断学教学中心肺听触诊和腹部触诊计算机模拟人实施效果的评价 被引量:5

The evaluation for multi-media human simulating system in physical diagnostic teaching

摘要 通过问卷调查教师与学生对心肺听触诊和腹部触诊计算机模拟人在检体诊断学实习教学中的作用,评价心肺听触诊和腹部触诊计算机模拟人在检体诊断学实习教学中的优势与不足。心肺听触诊和腹部触诊计算机模拟人教学中的优势是:克服了教师在传统检体诊断学实习教学中单调、呆板和过于抽象的缺点;克服了学生在传统检体诊断学实习中主动性差、接受知识不易的缺点;能够解决目前临床上典型病例不足、病人配合困难的问题;能够解决临床技能考核中缺乏统一检体对象与考核标准的问题。其不足之处是:心肺听触诊和腹部触诊计算机模拟人所包含的体征有局限性;只能单纯反映局部体征,不具备典型病例的整体观;心肺听触诊和腹部触诊计算机模拟人部分体征有失真。虽然心肺听触诊和腹部触诊计算机模拟人在检体诊断学实习教学中有不少的优势,但是,检体诊断学教学还是要注重学生在病房中见习的过程与作用,心肺听触诊和腹部触诊计算机模拟人只能作为学生学习与掌握临床技能的重要辅助手段。 This study was aimed to evaluate the effects of multi-media human simulating system in physical diagnostic teaching by querying teachers and medical students. The resuhs showed the advantages of this system were that it could overcome the shortcomings of dull, stiff and abstract in traditional physical diagnostic teaching for teachers, and lacking initiation and difficuhy to master knowledge in traditional learning diagnostics for medical students. It could help to solve the problems of inadequate typical patients or patients' difficuhy in cooperation with clinical teaching, and lacking standardized patients and the standard in clinical ability testing for medical students. The resuhs also showed the disadvantages of this system were that there were the limitations in physical signs, and some of physical signs were not true to the original. Therefore, this system can not replace the role of the typical patients in teaching physical diagnostics. It can be considered to be one useful supplement method in learning and mastering clinical abilities for medical students.
