摘要
目的探讨如何提高标准化病人(standardized patient)的问诊评估水平。方法通过培训教师的讲解,找出反馈的重点和难点,并进行反复演示和实际训练。结果标准化病人对评估者的作用有进一步的认识,提高了标准化病人的问诊评估水平。结论应用标准化病人对医学生进行问诊训练,对提高学生采集病史的能力起到了重要作用,极大地提高了临床教学质量。
Objective To investigate how to improve evaluation level in interrogation of standardized patient. Method To find emphasis and difficult of feedback by teacher's explanation and lecture while to demonstrate and train repeatedly. Result Standardized patients have more recognition about role of evaluating people and the evaluation level in interrogation is improved. Conclusion Using standardized patients to train and examine the medical students is important to raise student's ability of collect medical history. It could improve clinical teaching quality remarkably.
