大学生发展性评价是面向未来教育而构建的一种全新的、符合终身教育和素质教育的评价，开创了大学生评价的新模式，具有很强的指导性。本文试图通过对传统高等教育评价方法的反思，分析现行大学生评价方法的不足，阐述不以甄别、选拔为目的的大学生发展性评价的重要意义，探讨大学生发展性评价体系的构建原则以及评价的工作思路。

The developmental evaluation in students is building a new life-long education and the quality education for the future. It created a new vision of student evaluation and has strong guidance. This paper introspects the traditional evaluate methods of higher education to analyses the defects of the current evaluation methods and expound the significance of developmental evaluation. It explores construction principles of developmental evaluation system and ideas.
