摘要
针对传统数据包络分析(DEA)方法的C2R模型存在的无法对有效的决策单元加以区分以及输入和输出指标权重分配不合理问题,通过引入两个虚拟决策单元,建立了区分有效决策单元的改进DEA模型。利用该模型可以求得各决策单元的公共权向量,从而实现了对所有决策单元的区分和排序。通过将该模型应用于工业企业技术创新能力评价,验证了该模型可以区分传统C2R模型求得的有效决策单元,并使对决策单元的评价更为合理。
To solve the problems of distinguishing efficient decision making units(DMUs) and unreasonable input and output weights in traditional data envelopment analysis(DEA) model of C^2R model, a modified DEA model for distinguishing efficient DMUs is set up by introducing two virtue DMUs. The common weights vector is computed and then all DMUs are differentiated and ranked with the modified model. Application of the model in evaluating capability of enterprise technology innovation proves that the proposed model can differentiate the efficient DMUs in C^2R model and give a more reasonable evaluation.
