论科学发展观与党的执政能力建设的关系

On the Relationship between Scientific Development View and Constrution of Party's Ruling Ability

科学发展观深刻反映了我们党对发展问题的新认识,反映了当今世界和当代中国的发展变化对党和国家的新要求,是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,是推进社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设全面发展必须长期坚持的指导方针。我们党成为执政党,是历史的选择、人民的选择。加强党的执政能力建设,是时代的要求、人民的要求。本文认为,科学发展观指明了党的执政能力建设的根本途径,为加强党的执政能力建设提供了核心价值导向,提出了新的时代内涵,明确了执政方略;加强党的执政能力建设,是全面贯彻落实科学发展观的根本保证。

The outlook on scientific development view is the concentrated embodiment of developing Marxist world view and methodology and deeply shows that the Communist Party of China has come to know the issue of development and that today＇s world and China＇s developing changes require our Party and country in new aspects. It is the guideline of construction of socialist economy, politics, culture and society, h directs the right way in which our party comes into leading party. The Communist Party of China is the ruling and leading party, which is the choice of the people and the history. Enhancing the construction of our Party＇s leading ability is the request of the Chinese people and the modem times and is also the basic guarantee of carrying out the outlook on scientific development.
