通过对现有制造业企业的资源规划系统MRP的分析,提出了用MRP逆向运算完善系统的方法。阐述了企业中实现MRP逆向运算的前期准备为计算富裕生产能力、核算可用库存量和确定关键物料。讨论了MRP逆向运算在制造业企业的资源规划中与MRP相互配合应用这一实现方法。
Based on the analysis of MRP in the resource planning system about manufacturlng, it suggests a method to improve the system that uses MRP reverse operation. The initial preparations for MRP reverse operation includes the calculation of wealth production capacity, accounting available inventory and identification of key materials on manufacturing. It discusses the implementation of MRP reverse operation on manufacturing that the MRP reverse operation and MRP coordinate with each other.
