摘要
本文从开展工学交替中面临的的教学管理问题出发,提出了实施柔性化教学管理体系,同时对柔性化教学体系中的四个延伸与拓展进行了探讨。
Starting with the problems existing in teaching management in the process of developing alternating work and study, this essay puts forward a system of practicing flexible teaching management;meanwhile,it researches on the four stretches and expanding in this system.
