摘要
张家界景点介绍的英译对展示张家界的自然风光和风土人情,吸引海外游客起着非常重要的作用。运用诺德的功能翻译理论对张家界景区景点介绍的英译进行探讨,发现现有的翻译中存在一些语言问题和文化问题并相应地提出了一些建设性的建议。
The English translation of Zhangjiajie＇s scenic spots introduction plays a vital part in attracting the overseas tourists as well as publicizing the natural landscape and local customs of Zhangjiajie. This paper applies Nord＇s functionalist translation theory to the exploration of it, finding some linguistic and cultural problems in it and putting forward some constructive suggestions accordingly.
