摘要
目的:运用质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)研究年龄对正常人额叶脑组织代谢物浓度的影响。方法:对80例健康成人双侧额叶进行1H-MRS检测,对比分析不同年龄组的额叶N-乙酰基天门冬氨酸(NAA)/肌酸复合物(Cr)和含胆碱化合物(Cho)/Cr比值的变化。结果:随着年龄的增长,在≤50岁年龄段额叶的NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr比值无明显改变,但在>50岁年龄段额叶的NAA/Cr比值逐渐降低、Cho/Cr比值逐渐增高。结论:1H-MRS是可以为正常人额叶与年龄相关的代谢物浓度的改变提供有价值的信息的一种无创技术。
Objective To explore the effect of age on metabolite concentrations in the frontal lobe of healthy adults using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H-MRS). Methods ^1H-MRS was applied to detect both frontal lobes of 80 healthy adults. The changes in the N-acetylasparatate (NAA)/creatine (Cr) ratio and choline-containing compounds (Cho)/Cr ratio in different age groups were compared and analyzed. Results With age, no significant ageassociated changes in both NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr ratios occurred in the adults younger than 50 years. However, the NAA/Cr ratio decreased but the Cho/Cr ratio increased gradually in those older than 50 years. Conclusions ^1H-MRS is a noninvasive technique for providing valuable information concerning the age-associated changes in metabolite concentrations in the frontal lobe of healthy adults.
