早期机械通气治疗海水淹溺肺水肿 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察早期机械通气救治海水淹溺肺水肿的疗效。方法:对19例海水淹溺肺水肿患者给予早期机械通气治疗,观察疗效。结果:18例患者治愈,1~3d脱机,双肺片状阴影5~7d吸收。结论:早期机械通气救治海水淹溺肺水肿疗效肯定。
