四联药物治疗重症脓疱型银屑病18例护理体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨一种使用抗生素、丙种球蛋白(丙球)、复方甘草酸胺和银屑灵治疗重症脓疱型银屑病的有效治疗方案及护理方法。方法:对使用该种方案冲击治疗的18例重度银屑病患者,通过心理护理、健康宣教和临床护理,增强其治疗依从性,并观察其疗效和护理的作用。结果:本组18例患者,治疗第1周总有效率为55.56%、第2周总有效率为72.22%、第3周总有效率为83.33%、第4周总有效率为88.89%。结论:4种药物联合方案和适宜的护理方式为重症脓疱型银屑病提供了一种安全有效的治疗方法。
