摘要
通过对U形曲线加劲肋钢箱梁的结构特点和工艺性进行分析,提出曲线板单元的工艺要点、曲线钢箱梁的工艺流程及其曲线的精度控制措施,有效地保证产品质量、提高工作效率,同时降低成本。
By the analysis of structural features and process of the steel box girder with U-shaped reinforced rib, the main points of process of curved plate unit, the process flow of curved steel box girder and the measures to control the precision of curves are presented, which ensure the product quality effectively, raise the working efficiency, and reduce the costs at the same time.
