摘要
目的评价3.0TMR上应用并行采集技术的MR动脉成像(MRA)与MR静脉成像(MRV)对脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的诊断价值。方法32例AVM患者,均行应用SENSE技术的3D-TOF MRA与3D-PC MRV扫描及数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,以DSA作为诊断的金标准,分析MRA和MRV对脑动静脉畸形供血动脉、引流静脉及瘤巢的显示效果。结果3D-TOF MRA与DSA比较,32例脑动静脉畸形的瘤巢大小及分类上结果完全一致(100%);对供血动脉显示的符合率为77.5%,30例的供血动脉显示清晰,2例AVM伴有出血患者的供血动脉显示欠佳;3D-PC MRV与DSA在显示引流静脉及所汇入静脉窦的结果上完全一致(100%)。结论3.0T MR使用SENSE并行采集技术的3D-TOF MRA与3D-PC MRV是一种诊断脑AVM的无创、快速、有效的方法,MRA结合MRV可对AVM做出全面、准确的评价。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance arteriography (MRA) and magnetic resonance venography (MRV) by using sensitivity encoding on 3.0T MR scanner for the evaluation of cerebral arteriovenous malformations. Methods Thirty-two arteriovenous malformations patients were assessed by 3 dimension time of flight (3D TOF) MRA and 3 dimension phase contrast (3DPC) MRV by using sensitivity encoding and digital subtraction angiography. MRA and MRV were analyzed independently by two radiologists in a blinded fashion with regard to fed artery, arteriovenous malformation nidus and venous drainage. Digital subtraction angiography was used as reference. Results All MR imaging examinations were assessable. The evaluation of the size of the nidus was excellent agreement (100 % ) for the detection of nidus and for the evaluation of nidus size by 3DTOF MRA and DSA, and 77.5% agreement for the visualization of the fed artery. The evaluation of the venous drainage was excellent agreement (100%) between MRV and DSA. Conclusion Our study demonstrates that MRA and MRV using sensitivity encoding on 3.0T MR scanner is a noninvasive, fast and efficient imaging technique. MRA combined with MRV is appropriate for the assessment of arteriovenous malformations.
