高科技上市公司高管人力资本与公司绩效的实证研究 被引量:17

摘要 高管人力资本与公司绩效的内在联系,在学术界得到了广泛研究。本文选择高科技上市公司这一类以知识密集、技术密集、智力密集为特征的样本企业进行实证研究,分析高管人力资本组成特征、人力资本异质性与公司绩效的相关性,试图为其组建高绩效的高管团队提供理论借鉴。
