摘要
SLK选粉机是在平面涡流分选原理的基础上,结合粉煤灰固有特性,开发出的新型选粉机,其特点是引入了气动密封装置、异形叶片与预分散系统。通过模型样机进行试验,发现该机型在高处理量与高选粉浓度情况下,仍能获得高的选粉细度,同时磨损较小。
SLK separator was developed based on plain vortex theory and the characteristics of coalash. The most obvious feature was that pneumatic-sealed device, special-shape blades, pre-dispersion equipment were applied. The experimental results of prototype showed that it could obtain high fine products in the condition of high treatment capacity and high dust concentration in gas, at the same time, with less wearing loss of equipment.
