摘要 目的完善我国食品药品监管体制,提高行政监管效能,科学管理食品药品,保障群众饮食与用药安全。方法运用文献分析法、发展性研究方法、比较研究等方法对我国食品药品监督管理机构的体制现状、有效实施科学监管的方法与对策进行研究。结果我国食品药品监管体制不顺、法规体系建设不健全、工作队伍建设滞后、工作效率需要进一步提高。结论用科学发展观完善食品药品监管体制改革,提升食品药品监管队伍整体素质和监管水平,不断开创食品药品监管的新局面。 OBJECTIVE To complete the system of Chinese food and drug monitoring; improve the efficacy of administrative monitoring; manage scientifically the food and drug and safeguard the safety of people' s diet and medicine. METHODS The methods such as documentary analysis, expansibility researching and contrasting analysis were used to study the system status of Chinese food and drug monitoring, the method and strategy of effectively practicing scientific monitoring. RESULTS The system of Chinese food and drug monitoring was incomplete; the establishment of regulation system was emergent to be enforced; the establishment of work team was relatively hysteretic and the work efficiency need promote fatherly. CONCLUSIONS We should complete the reform of food and drug monitoring system through the concept of scientific development; advance the integrated diathesis and monitoring skill of the work team working in food and drug monitoring and continually set up new prospects of food and drug monitoring.
