急诊输尿管镜U100激光碎石治疗结石梗阻急性肾绞痛

摘要 目的探讨急诊输尿管镜下U100双频双脉冲激光碎石治疗因输尿管中下段结石梗阻引起急性肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法对176例因输尿管中下段结石梗阻导致急性肾绞痛的患者采用急诊输尿管镜下双频双脉冲激光碎石术进行治疗。结果176例输尿管结石均一次碎石成功(100%)。3例因结石上移和碎石不完全,二期行ESWL治疗。无穿孔,术后无脓毒血症/休克病例。平均手术时间23min。术后1月随访结石排净率100%。结论急诊输尿管镜下双频双脉冲激光碎石术对于治疗因输尿管中下段结石梗阻引起的急性肾绞痛是一种操作简单、安全、高效的方法,可作为该病的首选治疗方法。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effects of The frequency-doubled-double-pulse laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope for the lower ureter stones with renal colic in emergency. METHODS Clinical of 176 cases of patients suffered with emergency renal angina data due to the lower ureter stones were treated by frequency-doubled-double-pulse laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope . RESULTS 176 cases (100 %) were successfully fragmented on their first laser lithotripsy. Three cases were due to the up drifting of the calculi or the incomplete lithotripsy, then ESWL treatments were performed. No ureter perforation nor pyemia case after operation occurred. The average procedure time was 23 minutes. The rate of discharged stones thoroughly was 100 % a fter one month. CONCLUSIONS The frequency-doubled-double- pulse laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in emergency can be the first choice for the treatment of lower ureter stones with renal angina ,due to its simplicity, safety and efficiency.
