摘要
定点深穿透水平钻孔是与常规聚能射孔完全不同的增产工艺,是水力深穿透射孔技术的进一步发展和提高。本技术通过机电一体化的方法,利用空心软轴携带钻头在套管、水泥环及储层间钻出孔眼深、孔径大、没有压实带的水平孔。该技术可有效增大近井地带的导流能力,加大低渗透、低含水层的注采强度,对挖潜低渗透和高渗透厚层内未动用或动用差部位的剩余油起到积极作用,是解除近井地带污染,避免炮弹射孔的压实污染,以及扩展油流通道进而增加地层渗透率的有效方法。该文介绍了定点深穿透水平钻孔技术的工作原理和室内试验情况,并对该技术的增产机理进行了分析。
Pinpoint and deep penetrating horizontal hole technique is a stimulation technique which is completely different from conventional jet perforating. It is the further development and improvement of hydraulic deep penetrating technique. By the process of electro-mechanical integration, this technique makes use of a hollow flexible shaft with a bit to drill a horizontal hole through the casing, cement mantle and into the reservoir. The horizontal hole is deep, large-aperture and without skin. This technique can increase the flow conductivity near wellbore effectively, and increase the injection-production intensity of low permeability layer and low water cut layer, and it can play an active role in producing remaining oil in low permeability layer and in nonproducing area or poorly producing area of high permeability layer. It is an effective process for resolving pollution near wellbore, avoiding skin from perforating, expanding flowpath and increasing permeability of layer. This paper introduces the principle of pinpoint and deep penetrating horizontal hole technique and laboratory experiment, and analyzes the stimulation principle of the technique.
