摘要
综述了特异性启动子在异戊烯基转移酶基因转化中应用的研究进展,分析了存在的问题,并对今后的研究提出了建议。
Research progress of the application of specific promoter in isopentenyl-transferases（ipt）gene transformation was reviewed.The existing problems were analyzed and suggestions for future study were put forward.
