摘要 从斑马鱼心脏分化早期诱导过程中重要因子的调控,WNT11信号途径对心脏原始细胞会聚过程的调控和BMP4在心脏环化过程中的调控几个关键环节,综述了部分重要基因的调控作用。 Regulation functions by some important genes were reviewed from several aspects,such as important gene regulation in early induction of zebrafish heart differentiation,regulation of the gathering process of heart initial cell by WNT11 signal pathway,regulation of heart looping by BMP4.
