苏南城市防洪安全校核研究

Study on Urban Flood Prevention Check in Sunan

针对苏南城市城市化的快速发展所引起的下垫面条件的显著变化,以及平原河网往复流的复杂特性,采用由设计暴雨推求洪水过程的途径,进行设计洪水的分析计算,具体包括设计暴雨计算、产汇流计算、河网汇流计算等。以常熟市为例,以水资源综合规划为基础,对其现状和规划条件下的水利工程进行防洪安全校核,并提出相应的对策建议。

In view of the obvious changes of the underlying surface properties caused by rapid urbanization in Sunan,and the complexity of reciprocating flow in plain river network,the model to deduce design flood from designed precipitation was introduced,which included design storm calculation,runoff formation and flow concentration,and river network concentration and so on.Take Changshu for example,based on the water resources integrated plan,the defense capabilities of urban flood prevention projects under current and programming congdition was checked.And some corresponding strategies and advices were put forward.
