The text expatiate a detecting elements and method which is using rocker circumgyrate telecommunication to detect the parallelism of finishing mill forward-turning steel table roller, but which is not available to detect by almost routine ways . It validate the method is correct which is demonstrated and analyzed by two aspects including math-geometry theory and practical data.
