摘要
研究了聚碳酸酯和ABS及少量SMA的机械共混改性。聚碳酸酯和ABS共混,可改善共混体系的加工性能和提高其冲击强度。共混体系中添加少量SMA,使聚碳酸酯与ABS在微观相界面上有较好的结合力,提高了聚碳酸酯与ABS的相容性。从而进一步改善了共混体系的加工性能和提高了共混体系的冲击强度,其中低温缺口冲击强度的提高尤为显著。
n this paper,PC modified by ABS and a small amount of SMA is studied.By blending PC and ABS,process property and inpact strength of the blend system are increased.In this blend system,by adding a few of SMA,link power between PC and ABS is increased and compatibility of PC and ABS is increased at the same time.Therefore process property impact strength of blend system is improved further,specially low temperature inpact strength is increased rapidly.
